ODS WayFinding Solution

Wayfinding is a critical business function and is one of the most important ways to show brand perception.  If the experience provides a way for one to find their location easier, then it will be positive and the perception of the brand will be positive.  It is a way to support a good relationship with the customer, patient, or user of the wayfinding system.

ODS is committed to providing a sound electronic wayfinding system that can compliment traditional signage or even be used as a main source for wayfinding.  The Here2There software that we implement is an extremely reliable system that allows the user to utilize FAQ information, or an easy to use search system that allows the user to find their destination. 

Here2There is extremely flexible in that it allows for large touch screen deployments, kiosk systems, or even local client utilizations for information desks or general staff.  It can be used in hospitals, malls, or even college campus environments where someone wants to know how to get to a destination quickly and with the least amount of time.  It also includes the ability to print your destination as well as give an electronic image of your beginning and end points.

Here2There provides 3 easy steps in order to get to your destination.  1) Shows where you currently are, 2) Type or select where you want to go 3) View or print step by step directions.

Kiosk

A touch screen device, such as a stand-alone kiosk, or wall-mounted touch screen LCD panel, situated close to the entrance,  serves the visitors on-site with instant directions. An integrated printing device would allow the visitors to print the directions and take it on their way.

Employee Computer

Here2There wayfinding installed on strategically placed computers, for example, the receptionist or check-in staff will cater to the audience that prefers a human touch to the service.   A simple startup icon on the desk-top provides easy access to the employee and the application is exactly the same as the one that would reside on the kiosk.

Web Application

With minor changes the Here2There wayfinding application can be adjusted to function as a web application on your web site. This feature serves the people at home who like to plan ahead.  In the comfort of their own home environment they can pre-arrange their visit.

Smart Phone

If you have a larger facility it might be a great idea to make navigating through so much easier for your visitors by providing them a smart-phone application. Depending on whether there is a live GPS connection available within your facility, we can supply the application on a turn-by-turn based.
